At Homebite, we are committed to providing high-quality, freshly prepared meals through our subscription-based service.

Due to the nature of our operations, all purchases made on the Homebite platform are final and non-refundable.

No Refund Policy

  • All payments made for meal plans, subscriptions, or individual orders are non-refundable
  • Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances

This policy applies to:

  • Daily plans
  • Weekly subscriptions
  • Monthly subscriptions
  • One-time orders (if applicable)

No Cancellation After Confirmation

  • Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed
  • Subscription plans cannot be canceled after activation
  • Menu selections cannot be changed after the defined cut-off time

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery details
  • Being available at the delivery location
  • Selecting meals and plans carefully before checkout

Failure to meet the above conditions does not qualify for a refund.

Delivery & Service Conditions

Homebite shall not be responsible for missed or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Failure to respond to delivery attempts

Such cases are not eligible for refunds or compensation

Food Preferences & Allergies

  • Customers must provide accurate dietary preferences and allergy information
  • Homebite is not responsible for issues arising from:
    • Undisclosed allergies
    • Personal taste preferences

These do not qualify for refunds

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where Homebite is unable to fulfill an order due to internal operational issues, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Provide a replacement meal, or
  • Offer service credits for future use

No monetary refunds will be issued
