These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Homebite mobile application, website, and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

Homebite provides:

  • Subscription-based meal plans (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
  • Menu customization within defined rules
  • Scheduled lunch delivery services

All services are subject to availability and operational constraints.

User Account

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • Homebite reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse

Subscription Plans

Homebite offers:

  • Daily plans
  • Weekly plans
  • Monthly plans

Important Rules:

  • Subscriptions must be selected in advance
  • Meals are scheduled based on selected plan
  • Changes must be made within allowed timeframes

Menu Selection & Locking Policy (IMPORTANT)

  • Users can customize their meals based on available menu options
  • Weekly menus must be selected in advance
  • Once a week starts, the menu becomes locked
  • Menu changes are only allowed before the weekly cut-off time (e.g., Sunday midnight)

No modifications are allowed after menu lock

Orders & Delivery

  • Orders are prepared based on selected subscription and menu
  • Deliveries are made within designated time slots
  • Users must ensure availability at the delivery location

In case of:

  • Incorrect address → Homebite is not responsible
  • Unavailability → order may be marked as delivered

Payments

  • All payments must be completed at checkout
  • Accepted payment methods may include cards, UPI, or other available options
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party providers

Homebite does not store full payment card details

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation:

  • Orders can only be canceled before the defined cut-off time
  • No cancellations after meal preparation begins

Subscription:

  • Active subscriptions may have limited or no cancellation once started

Refunds:

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases such as:
    • Failed delivery due to Homebite
    • Service unavailability

No refunds for:

  • Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability
  • Orders after menu lock

Food Quality & Responsibility

  • Homebite ensures high standards of hygiene and food preparation
  • Customers must inform about allergies or dietary restrictions

Homebite is not liable for:

  • Undisclosed allergies
  • Misuse or improper storage after delivery

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery details
  • Be available during delivery
  • Use the platform lawfully

Any misuse may result in account suspension.

Limitation of Liability

Homebite shall not be liable for:

  • Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Losses resulting from incorrect user information

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials related to Homebite are the property of Homebite and may not be used without permission.

Privacy

User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

Modifications to Services

Homebite reserves the right to:

  • Modify menus, pricing, or services
  • Update these Terms at any time

Users will be notified of significant changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
